Rachael Claridge

Mediation Accreditation

Rachael is a Resolution trained family mediator having completed the 65 hour programme. The Resolution ethos ensures the constructive resolution of family disputes. As a Resolution member, Rachael follows a Code of Practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems and is able to encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family - and in particular the best interests of any children.

Rachael is working towards accreditation with The Law Society.

Profile

Rachael can mediate in all forms of family disputes and will soon be able to provide private MIAMS (Information and Assessment meetings). She works with individuals and parents dealing with relationship breakdown or family transitions generally.

Over 17 years, Rachael has developed a practice in all aspects of family law, both public and private law, including those where there has been allegations of domestic abuse.
