Resolution of
family disputes

Our team has the experience, empathy and understanding to help parties on the breakdown of a relationship come to an agreement on the best way to resolve the inevitable difficulties that arise, whether it is in respect of property and financial arrangements or in respect of the future arrangements for the parties’ children. It is now widely accepted that mediation is the best way to resolve such issues, especially in those cases where the parties will be bound to have some future dealings with one another. Indeed, parents are now expected to attempt mediation prior to issuing non-urgent applications at court.

Our approach helps to build a sounder basis for the parties’ future relationship, which is especially important when there are children involved. Our approach depends on the nature of the difficulty that needs to be resolved.

The following are trained and accredited in dispute mediation.
